Are you happy with your current work / life balance?Do feel that you are missing out on the important and joyful parts of life?
Do you also sometimes feel that although you are very busy, you are not so sure what you have achieved at the end of the day? This participatory workshop is designed to help managers and other ELT professionals achieve a better work/life balance.

George Pickering is a freelance coach, consultant and trainer. He is the co-ordinator of the ELT Management SIG (Special Interest Group). He is the senior tutor on the English UK Diploma in Language Teaching Management and a tutor on the Cambridge ESOL accredited International Diploma in Language Teaching Management. George is an inspector of language schools for the British Council in the UK (Accreditation UK). He trained as a state school teacher in the UK, has an MA in Applied Linguistics and is a Master Practitioner and certified trainer in NLP. He has a first degree in Psychology and diplomas in counselling and coaching. He lives with his pet camel and monkey in Ramsgate, England.
